I offer a range of cheese making workshops that are an interactive and fun way to learn this ancient art.

Attend one of the following or host your own cheese making class at home, just get 8-10 keen wanna-be cheese makers together and I will come to you.



Fresh  Cheese Class

Make Halloumi, Feta, Ricotta and more, taste some delicious homemade cheese, try some homebrewed cider and beer or enjoy a glass of  home vintner wine at a fun informative evening. You will get to take home some cheeses you have made.

Hard Cheese and Camembert Class

Learn how to make a hard Colby or Cheddar style cheese, Halloumi and Camembert.  This class includes a light lunch of cheeses and cheese based recipes, tasting of homebrewed beer or cider or a glass of wine and you will get to take home some Halloumi and a Camembert to nurture and finish at home.
This class is best suited to someone who has already attended the Fresh Cheese Class or an ambitious beginner.

Cost: $95 entitles the attendee to 20% discount on all purchases of cheese making kits and equipment (class numbers limited to 10)
